Michael Lawrance & Associates values and respects people working with people at all levels of client organisations. We apply a professional occupational health & safety approach. We address the cause of unacceptable risks utilising a set of strategies involving understandable management systems, sound engineering problem solving, personal learning and organisational motivation.

Michael Lawrance & Associates focuses on development and support services to client organisations for them to self-manage physical ergonomics, occupational health and safety and injury recovery.

​Our motto is "Be your own ergonomist." We use innovative methods to enhance employer & employee education and understanding. We have developed industry first packages in risk identification and solution application to achieve this. Our most recent work to achieve this is building an accurate MSD Risk Analysis Tool for anyone to use in the workplace for clear risk recognition and management.
